Monday, August 3 - Monday, September 7

Starting August 3 through September 2, only the information area where you check out and return materials, the new books and popular movies area, the Library Plaza, Coffee-ol-ogy Cafe and the Theatre level will be open. Access to materials will be limited due to construction.

The Technology Hub will be set up in the lower level meeting rooms and laptops will be available for checkout. The Library Theatre will be open, except during scheduled programs, providing over 200 comfortable seats.

The Library will be CLOSED Thursday, September 3 - Monday, Spetember 7 (Labor Day).

Sci-Fi & Fantasy Festival - FREE!

To wrap up our summer long celebration of all things Sci-Fi and Fantasy, join us for an all-day Sci-Fi and Fantasy Festival. Activities include:

  • Programs featuring fantasy author Katherine Harbour and award-winning authors Bobby Nash and Van Allen Plexico. Book signings to follow.
  • Discussion panels on costuming, tabletop gaming, Doctor Who, and more
  • Play the Artemis Starship Bridge simulator game
  • Nerd Trivia Game Show
  • Tabletop Game Room
  • Costume contest and costume party

The Library Theatre Season Ticket Sales

Tickets may be purchased online at TheLibraryTheatre.com, at the Box Office or by calling 444-7888. Regular box office hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 6 pm, with special hours for performances. Tickets are $25 each, plus processing fees. Order limit of six tickets per show, per patron, until Monday, August 24 at 11 am.
