Veterans Reception & Concert

Join us as we kick off the 11th Annual Thank a Vet Week with a reception honoring our veterans. Enjoy patriotic music during the reception by our special guest, the Alabama Youth Symphony. After the reception, join the Alabama Youth Symphony in the Library Theatre at 3:15 pm for a musical concert. Then at 4 pm, join us around the Library's flagpole for a special folding ceremony.

In this World War II action thriller, American reconnaissance agents learn that a German submarine is sinking. The doomed ship carries an Enigma Machine, a special coding device that allows high-level Axis forces to send messages that can't be read without a similar encryption mechanism.
